You can make a booking on the website. We'll collect a few personal details e.g.: your email address, name ,phone number, address and your payment information. After that, you can customise your schedule as per our available slots for the day you have selected.
Yes, We accept online payment via online bank transfer, credit / debit card, e-wallets and Pay after service with DuitNow, We do not accept cash.
If you book on short-notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaners as this website is real-time. In this case, you will be required to choose another date and time.
We expect the cleaners to arrive as close to your chosen start time as they are able. Please allow 10 to 15 minutes after your appointment is scheduled begin, before reporting lateness. We apologize for the inconvenience. They will make up the time, completing the hours you booked.
When our cleaners arrive on time for appointment but not the customer, cleaners will not stay in late for the time spent waiting. This is mainly because our cleaners must catch up with their schedules and waiting will cause them to run late for other appointments.
As a reasonable cleaning service company, we do understand there will be emergencies in our life. Normally, the customers can reschedule/modify/cancel their bookings 3 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances, customers can email us for rescheduling their bookings via our email: [email protected] 4 hours before the schedule time, any later there will be no refund but subject to terms and conditions.

Please be sure to include a detailed description of what happened. We will review the information you provide and get back to you as quick as we can. In order to avoid potential issues or misunderstandings, we advise that the customer to :

a) Inform the cleaner to avoid cleaning the particular area
b) Remove any valuable or fragile items to a safer place
c) Check the bags of our cleaners before and after the cleaning service.

Do note that any claims on damaged or missing item to be done within 24 hours of the service's completion.
