Your use of our MyKakaksTM Services constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to all the terms and conditions in these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. It also constitutes that your representation in obtaining this service that you are 18 years of age or older.
MyKakaksTM is brand of AJS Maju Services Sdn. Bhd ( 1108466-M ) which is a cleaning company. All our staffs have been through a strict and standard cleaning training prior to deploying to the service.
MyKakaksTM does not have control over the timing or legality of Services delivered by its MyKakaksTM Service Professionals. MyKakaksTM makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services requested.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE MyKakaksTM APP AND ITS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MyKakaksTM, ITS DIRECTORS AND EMPLOYEES MAKE NO WARRANTIES AND/OR REPRESENTATIONS AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ARISING OR RESULTING FROM OR UNDER AND IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP AND ITS WEBSITE AND FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THEREOF INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:- SATISFACTORY QUALITY, THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR OPERATION, CONTINUITY AND AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE OR OPERATION, COMPATIBILITY AND USABILITY WITH NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS OF THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICE THAT MyKakaks PROVIDES ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS OR INACCURACIES IN ANY MATERIAL, CONTENT, MESSAGE, TRANSMISSION OR ACT, WHETHER POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, SUBMITTED, ADVERTISED, OFFERED OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE IN THE APP OR THE WEBSITE (WHETHER BY MyKakaksTM OR ANY THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE WEBSITE); ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR MyKakaks’S SERVERS, DATA OR INFORMATION; ANY CESSATION, TERMINATION OR DISTURBANCE OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM WEBSITE; YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, MyKakaksTM , ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, DEBTS AND/OR EXPENSES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP AND THE WEBSITE.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Definitions
- “Booked Services” means the cleaning services that the Customer has requested from the website and Mobile App , shall include any cleaning services that MyKakaksTM may be requested to provide resulting out of a Customer Dispute in accordance with the terms of this Policy
- “Customer” means the individual that has made the Booking Request.
- “Scheduled Booking Time” means the time and date the Booked Services are to be undertaken by the Cleaning Service Provider in accordance with the Booking Request;
- “Website” means www.mykakaks.com and any associated MyKakaksTM mobile applications.
2. Cancellations , Rescheduling and modification of booking services by the Customer
- The Customer shall be permitted to cancel and amend a Booking Request from within the MyKakaksTM website and Mobile .
- If the Customer cancels a Booking Request less three (3) days period before the Scheduled Booking Time, the Customer agrees that there will be no refunds on the payment made.
- Cancellation is to be made from MyKakaksTM website and mobile app
- Cancellation via all other channels is not permissible. It has to be done only via MyKakaksTM website or mobile app.
- If the Customer is not present at the Booked Service Location and at the Scheduled Booking Time, the Booking Request are considered to be cancelled by the Customer and no refund will be provided.
- All refund will be by MyKakaksTM within Five (5) working days.
- Any cancellation due to emergency reason must be made Three (3) hours before the Scheduled Booking Time. And an email must be send by Customer to : [email protected] to trigger refund.
3. Cancellation of Booked Services by MyKakaksTM
- In the event MyKakaksTM is unable to attend the Scheduled Booking Time, the Customer may choose to change the Scheduled Booking Time or request for a refund within the twenty-four (24) hour period after the Scheduled Booking Time on the Website , Mobile app or by contacting MyKakaksTM thru our email : [email protected] .The customer will not be entitled for a refund if the request is made after the twenty-four (24) hour period after the Scheduled Booking Time.
4. Customer Disputes.
- The Customer has a twenty-four (24) hour period following the completion of the Booked Services (the “Dispute Period”) to inform MyKakaksTM if the Booked Services performed by the cleaners are not up to a standard reasonably required of a cleaning service provider (the “Customer Dispute”).
- MyKakaksTM shall then inform the Cleaning Service Provider of such complaints from the Customer. In the event of a Customer Dispute, the Cleaning Service Provider agrees that it will return to the Customer to complete or rectify the Booked Services to a reasonable standard. No additional payment will be charged to the Customer for the performance of any rectification services in satisfaction of a Customer Dispute.
- For the purposes of clarity, Booked Services will not be deemed to be completed (and an invoice will not be issue to the Customer for payment) until a Customer Dispute has been rectified. The Parties agree to find a suitable time for the Cleaning Service. The Customer will not be entitled to a refund should they choose not to proceed with the rectification of the booked service.
